Chico State's online ordering process is provided through the National Student Clearinghouse (NSC), a non-profit organization serving the higher education community. More information on NSC is available at www.studentclearinghouse.org (opens in new window) .
If you wish to pay with check or money order
Mail a completed Official Transcript Request Form (PDF) to Chico State. This completed form may also be delivered to our office: SSC 110.

Unofficial Transcript Requests
If you attended Chico State in any term after Summer 2004, you may use the Portal (opens in new window) to retrieve academic information. Unofficial Transcript Requests are also available in the lobby of the Office of the Registrar as an on-campus service.
- A picture ID is required and requests must be ordered and picked up in person.
- Typically requests can be processed while you wait, however, may take up to 24 hours during our busier times, such as the start and end of semester.
- There is a $ 2.00 fee for each transcript.
- Unofficial transcripts not picked up within 30 days from the date of scheduled pickup will be destroyed. No refund will be provided.
Chico State Faculty Advisors can request an advisor copy of a student's Chico State unofficial transcript via email: registrar@csuchico.edu .
