Every time I try to restore my iPhone it says "The required resource for your phone can't be found." I know your website addresses that it will say this but I do not know how to fix it. I have already done everything the website asks me to do and the response is still the same. What do I do?

"Restore in progress" showing on iphone but not loading in finder? I have already backed up my old phone onto finder and I am trying to restore the backup onto my new iphone 13 pro and I have reset the phone and computer and factory reset the new iphone, like the apple help number said, and the finder screen just pauses and its not loading nor showing me the progess of the update the buttons just go grey after I hit the restore back up button and the iphone 13 says it is restoring in progress but its been hours and finder is still not showing me any progress of the restoration. I have re started this three times and finder still isnt working and I have been trying for hours please help!

Its the same phone that created the restore point and now the phone has been factory restored i want to restore the backup previously made but i keep getting this message. how is that even possible?
